Managing a building serves three separate audiences, and none of them should see another's data. Residents see and pay their dues, managers issue charges and record expenses, accounting pulls the reports. Resident registration passes through manager approval, and every permission is enforced at the database level — a role claimed by the client is never trusted. Announcements, requests, shared-area booking and the decision log live under the same roof.
