Oblivetech Development Lab is a software team of four partners. We build our own products and write systems to order for corporate clients.

We carry a job on our own from analysis to production and maintenance: requirements, architecture, development, independent code and security review, release, monitoring. Every capability described on this site is backed by work actually delivered — closing the gap between a claim and its proof sits at the centre of how we work.
How we deliver a job

Independent code review
The person who writes the code is not the person who reviews it. Every delivery passes a separate review for quality, error handling and readability, and nothing counts as finished until the findings are closed.

Security review
Any code touching user input, authentication, payments or personal data is additionally scanned for secret leakage, injection and privilege escalation.

Authorisation in the database, not the client
Access decisions are made server-side, at row level. A role claimed by the client is never trusted, and privileged keys never reach the browser under any circumstance.

Changes are verified against production
A green build proves nothing about whether a change actually landed. Before delivery the result is measured against the target environment and the measurement is kept on record.

Nothing ships without a rollback
Every deployment is preceded by a backup whose contents are verified. The previous version is never deleted, only archived by date, and the rollback command is handed over with the deployment record.

Decision and lessons log
Architectural decisions and failure patterns learned in the field are written down permanently, and controls that stop the same mistake happening twice are added to the system.
